Keep your immune system healthy and avoid "catching" the flu
by: Taking essential vitamins and minerals; Get enough rest (ideally go
to bed by 11:00 p.m. which is the highest quality of rest for our bodies);
Exercise; Wash your hands frequently--especially cleaning under the fingernails;
Add Vitamin C, Echinacea, Zinc, and Vitamin A to your regimen; Eat more
garlic; Avoid white flour and sugar as much as you can.
