Holy Basil?
Holy Basil has been used in India for thousands of years.  Also called tulsi, which means "matchless" in Hindi.  The plant was named because it was often found in Indian temples.  This herb seems to work as an adaptogen which helps the body adapt to stress in a healthy way and helps support the immune system.  Studies show holy basil promotes wound healing, lowers blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes, and may help lower cholesterol. Holy basil can be found in capsule form, tea, or oil of the seed which has been used on insect bites and ringworm.

Ambien Alert
Research is showing that people involved in automobile accidents are many times on sleep aids like Ambien.  Even if the pill was taken before bed and after 7-8 hours of sleep, the brain is still not on "full function".  It is like having 2 spark plugs out of 6 not firing.
